We stand behind every Bullwrinkles® product. We value your business and hope that you don’t need to return a product to us, but we want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can if you need to. As such, we want to make this process as easy as possible.
We offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason. you are responsible for returning the product in it’s original packaging and paying for all shipping costs. To make a return, we need to be notified within 5 business days of you receiving the products. All returns must be received by Bullwrinkles.com within 10 business days of notification of return.
To process a return, please contact Bullwrinkles.com via email or phone to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund for the value of the unused return merchandise. We are not able to accept returns of any used items for safety reasons. We do not charge any restocking or repackaging fees.
If you received free shipping on your outbound order you will be required to reimburse the actual outbound shipping costs when making a return, unless the order was damaged upon delivery.
