Poodles are considered the geeks of all dog breeds, they are labeled as one of the smartest dog breeds. They are easily trainable, sharply minded and excel at obedience. This is why they are the most commonly used breed in the circus.

Did you know? 

During the 19th Century, there was a four-legged hero named Barry. He was a St Bernard that was used as a rescue dog and saved 40 lives. 

Since the 18th-century, Barry along with other St. Bernards have rescued over 2,000 people!

Did you know? 

The smallest living dog IN THE WORLD (height wise) is a Chihuahua named Milly. Milly measures 3.8 inches tall! Born in December 2011 and has not grown any larger than an average Chihuahua puppy. Apparently, when Milly was a puppy, she had to be fed using an eye dropper and was so small that she could fit inside of a teaspoon, WOW that's little!

Dogs have a general sense of what time it is! Like us humans, dogs understand routines and start to recognize our regular coming and going times. They generally have a good sense of how much time has gone by, this is why they look SO unimpressed when or if you get home late.

Did you know?

The beloved Pug's history starts back in 700BC! They were named Lo-sze by the Chinese. Back then, the Pug could only be owned by Tibetan monasteries and members of the Chinese imperial household. They were ALWAYS with their owners, even during royal events. The great emperor Ling To made sure that his pugs were always protected by the soldiers who guarded his palace.
